These tools have PCD (polycrystalline) sharps with an hard metal
support for the braze-welding. They cut for removal of material
generating a rough rubble. Diamond core bits, spudding shoes and
non-coring bits are produced for the standard typologies (simple core
barrel, T2, T6, wire line, etc..) and on request.

Diamond core bits and spudding shoes are produced with cylinders
availables in these dimensions; Ř 13x8; Ř 13x3; Ř 8x3.
Having
a high speed of drilling, it is important an adequate circolation of
the drilling fluid so that it permits the flushing of big quantities of
cuttings.

These tools can
be restored turning or changing the pastille. However, it is important
not to consume the support, otherwise it becomes inevitable the
remaking of the frame.
