Cordim Test Boring

These core bits feature a matrix, their cutting piece, made of synthetic diamond powders mixed with metal powders. The right balance between metal powders and diamond creates the appropriate mixture for each type of rock, depending on its hardness, abrasiveness, and fracturing characteristics. These bits work throughout the entire impregnation height, by renewing the underlying diamond layers each time. They work based on the principle of abrasion and are generally more suitable for drilling hard materials. Water, sometimes supplemented with polymers, is needed to cool the tip and remove debris.

Cordim

Test BoringCoring

They are core bits that have a matrix, the cutting part of the crown, composed of synthetic diamond powders, mixed with metal powders.

Corpax

Test Boring

They are core bits with cylindrical polycrystallines having a hard metal support which are superficially brazed onto the crown.

Corsin

Test BoringCoring

They are core bits with thermostable polycrystallines (TSP) set on the surface. They have an excellent feed speed in the materials that allow it and are available with cubic or triangular PCDs in different sizes.

Cormet

Test BoringCoring

They are core bits with carbide cutting edges composed of octagonal prisms with different dimensions depending on the thickness.
